HELLO BEAUTIFULL PEOPLE,



Today I am going to discuss with you about one of the text command used in AutoCAD to make your work faster and that command is called as TCASE.

Basically this command is used to change Lower Case text (Small letters) to Upper Case text (Capital letters). usually in AutoCAD if you want to change lower Case to Upper Case you press CAPSLOCK Button on every time to change it manually and same when you want it in Lower Case you have to put it in off mode.

So for this I will show you easy way to change Lower Case text to Upper Case text Automatically and faster by not changing it individually one by one.

As you can se in below picture all of our text in Lower Case.



Now you want to change those Lower Case text to Upper Case text not by clicking each one individually but you want to change all at once automatically to save your time. Now what you have to do is simply type the TCASE command as shown in the picture below:



After typing TCASE command hit ENTER button or hit SPACE BAR to activate the mentioned command.

After activation of this command it will ask you to select object but you will not select any object. In case you will directly type ALL in command bar as shown in picture below:



After typing ALL hit the ENTER or SPACE BAR TWICE. Dialogue Box will appear in the window as shown in the picture below:



Select the UPPER CASE in this box and hit OK option.

Now all of the text present in that drawing or sheet will convert to Upper Case as shown in the picture below:



By this way you can change the case of text to Lower or Upper Case to save your time.

This procedure is same for converting Upper Case to Lower Case as shown in picture below:
